A. Returns policy – General

Products purchased at our Site may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason unless otherwise clearly indicated. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all security seals intact, consistent with how they were received, and in the original packaging, including, if possible, the original delivery box. We reserve the right to assess whether returned products meet these criteria at our sole discretion. Returned products not meeting these conditions will be returned to you. B. Returns – For incomplete deliveries or damaged products

For deliveries of goods not as ordered, or if any damage or defect is identified at the time of delivery, please keep both the packaging and the products and let us know within 30 days from the delivery date of your order by email for a full refund or exchange. If you do not receive your order due to failed delivery attempts, missing or misplaced packages, theft, or any other reasons that are not your fault, let us know by email within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We shall have no liability to you for any notification of incomplete deliveries or damaged products after the specified time periods above.

D. Refunds – Cancellation of orders

All sales are final and cancellation requested by you before or after an order is dispatched may not be possible. However, you can return the items within 30 days of delivery without stating grounds. Please also note that we are not liable for any misplaced items or deliveries not received by you due to faults of your own, including incorrect personal details or inadequate delivery information. If, at the time of delivery, you are not found at the address you provided prior to purchase, the courier service may contact you to rearrange delivery and may charge any additional delivery costs.
